We understand that from time to time, situations arise that require an amendment or cancellation of accommodation booking. Please note our booking and cancellation policy & conditions below.
Payment
Total amount is charged at time of booking.
How do I change or cancel my booking?

Amendments
Amendments to bookings can be made if more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, this can include change of date, number of guest or locations and is subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival date will be provided a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee, this covers our administrative overhead to cancel the booking.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
If guests don’t arrive or don’t stay for the full booking period, no refund will be provided.
If for some reason, we need to cancel your booking you will be provided with a full refund
If you have extenuating circumstances, please let us know, we will at our discretion consider a credit for a stay at another time.
Extenuating Circumstances including the required documentation
Death of a member of the booked party, immediate family member, or caregiver. You will be asked to provide one of these documents: death certificate, published obituary, news article naming the deceased, or police report.
Unexpected serious illness or injury affecting a member of the booked party. You will be asked to provide a statement from a Doctor confirming that the person can’t travel due to an unexpected, serious illness or injury. The statement must be dated after the reservation was booked and provided within 7 days of cancellation. Pre-existing conditions at the time of booking are not eligible for consideration
Travel restrictions imposed by a government. Evidence that the restrictions apply to a member of the booked party on the date of travel will be required.
Natural disasters, terrorist activity, and civil/political unrest that prevent travel. Evidence of the location of the members of the booked party will be required.
