House Rules & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in from 3 PM. The check-in code will be sent to you.
  • Check out is 11 AM.
  • If you break or damage something, please let us know. We understand accidents happen. If there are excessive broken items or damage after your stay, you will be billed to replace or repair.
  • Please no drinks near the pool table, if you damage the pool table surface you will be charged the replacement cost for the felt.
  • We want nothing more than for you to enjoy your time with us. You are welcome to host guests or visitors, please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Visitors to the property must abide by the house rules. Visitors are the responsibility of the guests in the property.
  • Please ensure that any noise is contained within the property boundaries. Should there be a complaint of excessive noise you may be asked to leave the property without refund.
  • There are to be no gatherings at the property that exceed 10 visitors.
  • If guests decide to sleep over, please let us know as some additional charges will apply.
  • If you love something in the house, please let us know. Many of the items at our properties are available for purchase.
  • There are items available for purchase in our property, for example items in the bar or additional wood. Please make sure that you pay for these items before leaving. An additional service fee applies if these need to be settled after you check out.
  • On leaving, please ensure the property is left in a reasonable state, ie: all dishes done or left clean in the dishwasher, rubbish to be emptied and left in outdoor bins, floors and surfaces to be left in a reasonable state. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
  • All fires are to be fully extinguished before leaving.
  • No smoking in any indoor part of the property. Please dispose of butts.
  • Additional charges are detailed in the terms and conditions of your booking.
  • You are responsible for the keys whilst staying at the property, if you lose the keys or they are not returned to the key safe prior to check out you will be charged for the cost of new locks and keys. Please leave the key for the games room or on the hook in the kitchen.
