Maryborough is rightfully proud of its architecturally significant buildings. There are many fine examples in town, but McLandress Square is top of the list.

LAKE VICTORIA

You’ll find Lake Victoria just out of the town centre, next to the sports ground and outdoor swimming pools. It has a gravel track for walking, jogging and cycling.

CENTRAL GOLDFIELDS ART GALLERY

Feast with your eyes at this small collection of permanent works with rotating exhibitions.

BRISTOL HILL LOOKOUT

Located directly behind “Gilbert”, the lookout provides a 360-degree view of the township below. The lookout was built in the 1930s and is an easy climb.
